The deep and bright dark brown color manifests its density in a correct, flowing syrupiness.

The characteristic and complex perfume, penetrating, of evident but pleasant and harmonious acidity.

The traditional and inimitable flavor, sweet and sour, well balanced, savory with velvety nuances.

A single bottle, mandatory by law, in the two different ages of at least 12 years, ivory capsule, and over 25 years, gold capsule.
