INGREDIANTS
- 3 eggs

- 70 g of flour
- 250 g of cottage cheese
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 1 pack of cream (250 ml)
LET'S BEGIN!
1) Whip the egg white until stiff
2) Whip the egg yolks with 150 g of sugar
3) Add the ricotta and mix
4) Add the flour + vanillin and mix
LET'S CONTINUE
5) Add the cream and mix
6) Add the egg white with a spoon and mix gently
7) Bake in the oven for 30/35 minutes at 180 ° ventilated
8) Now all that remains is to taste to test the result and successively I would have no doubts ... a few drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP EXTRA VECCHIO !!!
